Gala Dinner at Rawla Anand

Message from your host

The dinners at Rawla Anand would be hosted by my family. Considered the noble -

family of the area, we have had a presence in the region of Rohet for the last 600 years,

under the reign of the kingdom of Marwar.

Our ancestors were known for their valour, sacrifice and for being gracious hosts. My

family and I would love to host you for a meal consisting of old family recipes passed

on from generation to generation. A lot of the recipes were originally for game meat,

but have now been recreated for lamb and chicken. A variety of vegetarian delicacies

that we have either grown ourselves or foraged from the wild.
